Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance

Translatpedia follows a solid quality assurance policy, leveraging the latest technology and the talent of its professional staff.

We’ve have a comprehensive system of checks and balances so that your target text reads as if originally created in the target language.

Our Quality Assurance process consists of three steps; language processing, Proofreading, and a final quality assessment performed by a project manager.

The process is thoroughly applied by certified linguists, experienced proofreaders and content managers.

Using the most advanced Translation Memory tools, the same phrases are translated identically and the terminology is used consistently even if different translators work on different portions of the same document.

To minimize the chances of errors or omissions, we require that three professionals look at all content from beginning to end; translator, editor and proofreader. Each is a native speaker of the target language.

Our quality assurance process relies on the following:
Native linguists.
Reference checks.
Multiple reviews.
Terminology accuracy and consistency.
The latest Translation Memory and desktop publishing technologies.
Proprietary project management applications.
